K's Airbrush Tans requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card information is securely stored with Square and is ONLY charged in the event of a late cancel or no show. Please bring your form of payment to your appointment as we do not process payment through our booking system unless required by violation of this policy.
The Policy
Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Members will be charged according to this policy based on member pricing.
You may cancel online via your confirmation email or contacting us anytime day or night.

If you are at all late for your scheduled appointment time, we may or may not be able to provide you service based on our schedule following your appointment time.
PLEASE CALL OR TEXT if you know you are going to be late so that we can make every effort to work with you to reschedule, if necessary.
Please understand that many times our appointments are scheduled back-to-back and your tardiness effects everyone following you. We will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate any client and you may be charged a late cancellation fee, as well. Thank you, for understanding that our time is important.
