• 20 minute whitening and 10 minute Bluminerals, to seal the pores, ease any tooth sensitivity and strengthen the enamel naturally. Expect the total appointment to take about 45 minutes.

After your teeth whitening session, it is recommended not to eat, drink, or rinse out your mouth for at least one hour. For 24 hours avoid foods and drinks that stain your teeth, if it can stain a white t-shirt it can stain your teeth, such as coffee, tea, red wine, ketchup, mustard, etc.
